Exceptionally Prolonged Aging

"I.E.P." (Invecchiamento Eccezionalmente Prolungato) is a registered trademark specific to Certosino.

Produced each year in limited quantities, the Certosino I.E.P. is made using the same processes as the Giallo and Verde Liqueurs.  The extended aging time develops a patina of complex aromas of and a long finish on the palate.

Ingredients:  Alcohol, sugar, water, plant substances (130 plants)

Bottle presentation: 500ml

Recommended serving is as a digestif, poured between 13 ° and 15 ° C, with perhaps a dash of Peychaud's bitters to complement if desired.
